Responsibilities:

• Install and repair new and existing drive-up equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with drive-up systems
• Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on drive-up systems
• Monitor inventory of service parts

• Previous experience preferred but willing to train
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail

1. General Duties:

• For the Company’s account, the Account Representative shall solicit and procure orders for:
  • ATMs
  • Electronic Security Products
  • Physical Security Products
  • Bank and Office Equipment Products
  • General Contracting Services
  • In addition, the employee will assist in account maintenance

• Perform in other capacities and services duties that may be assigned from time to time by the company’s sales manager.
• Assist in the collection of past due sales and service invoices with respect to employee’s customers
• Compliance in all material respects with all applicable and customary employment practices of the company
